To do this Sally subscribes to the worlds best and travels to discover what is NEW, the LATEST and then using her industry knowledge, she adapts it to our agencies practice… this is then tested through her high-level delegates of the Inner Circle, the ARX (agent Rainmaker Xcelerators) and once proven, rolled our through her business owner training days, the 4-day residential Bootcamp (which has become rather legendary) and then finally her staff coaching days. David Parker

David who comes with over 3 decades of experience at a senior and director level of corporate Estate Agency, is in charge of making sure that across Sally’s companies the Team Company Culture is followed, all attend and develop through training and that our Staff Accountability systems and meeting rythms are adhered too. David also coaches in all matter relating to TEAM and holds many team development coaching session for new and experienced managers. 

Dawn Bennett

Working alongside Sally for over a decade, rising from negotiator to branch manager to branch owner and now co-director and Operations Director, of Sally’s central management White Label operation.

Within the Agent Rainmaker network, Dawn has become the “go to person” for any legal or technical question and delivers many hands on and practical training sessions, including advanced legal and agency operational sessions, but is renowned in the main for delivering one of the most Informative and yet memorable Essential Legal training days around, teaching ALL you need to know to be an agent, giving an overview of all the most important pieces of legislations, but doing so with stories, case studies and humour, meaning you will never forget what’s taught.

Jivan has built hundreds of funnels for the real estate sector, and what he doesn’t know about real estate funnels, really isn’t worth knowing!

Jack fell into marketing 8 years ago and has become obsessed with it ever since. Learning from the best marketers across the world, and has worked in many different industries in the UK and America.

As head of Traffic at Agent Rainmaker, Jack runs the organic and paid traffic team and has spent millions in ads and generated much more. Jack also has all the knowledge you need around ad campaigns and strategy. He is now coaching Rainmakers on building there organic and paid media, technical questions, and growth strategy just to name a few things. Whether it’s optimising on the campaign, audience, or any creatives, Jack is the guy with the skills, strategy, and experience to create results.


Becki Hughes

 The Visual Story-Teller

Becki has had a passion for video right from an early age and turned her hobby into her career. Her favorite films are The Titanic, Gravity, and Toy Story. Bringing her Video Expertise to the AR Media Team, it’s Becki’s job to create the videos you see across our site, social media channels, and all other pages. One of her favorite aspects of the job is creating impactful stories that show off the amazing work that both AR and our delegates have achieved and are continuing to do so.

Sam Wilkes

The Digital Creator

Sam is new to the Online Marketing world, but being the fast learner he is, he has taken up the ever-evolving role of Digital Product Developer, as AR’s latest addition to their Media Team. Sam’s skillsets and passion lie within Media Production, and you will often find him creating the most up-to-date content and digital products for our Rainmakers to consume daily.

Sam is well on his way to creating Agent Rainmakers’ most engaging platforms and web pages to date and is only just getting started. Having already created 5 dynamic content programmes, he has found himself fully immersed in the Marketing world, with new role-models, new goals, and new ambitions. He has a key role to play regarding all content creation. His key strengths lie within developing new skills quickly, being a team-player, producing content, and all things digital.
