On Monday the 1st of June, Agent Rainmaker hosted a Post-COVID-19 digital induction on the transition back into work for letting agents across the UK.
Over 100 registered to attend the event which ran from 10 AM until 12PM. The induction covered the essential elements of the NEW Health & Safety guidelines in the workplace, due to Corona and safe distancing.
The aim of the event was to assist the Agent Rainmaker members in ensuring their staff have received a full all-encompassing INDUCTION prior to returning to work, so that they can stay safe and self-distance, in the office, on appointments, in tenants houses and when managing contractors and essential maintenance.
Following the government’s recent plans to loosen the restrictions within the property market in late May, letting agencies displayed concerns on the next steps to take, regarding social distancing. The Agent Rainmaker industry coaches, David Parker and Dawn Bennett led the Induction, and also provided an opportunity for attendees to voice their concerns and queries through an online ‘questions and answers’ segment, offering support, guidance and direction.
The programme provided essential knowledge on successfully managing contractor works at properties and on carrying out inspections. vacates and move-ins, with a strong focus upon staying safe. Dawn & David, urged attendees to become well-informed on the guidelines by the government when amending their individual ‘return to work company policies’. The induction ensured that all delegates were aware of the essential government guidelines of which to follow.
